While attending NC State University for a degree in Art I realized midway through that my true passion was Interior Design. With art degree in hand I immediately signed on for round two of school to follow my dream of becoming an Interior Designer. After graduating from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in Interior Architecture I began my career in the furniture industry. I have over a decade of experience in retail, commercial and residential Interior Design.
My firm evolved from helping friends and family solve their design dilemmas from color selection to furniture layout to even a whole condo renovation. Our lives these days are so busy, when you come home it needs to be to a place of comfort and function. That's where I come in. Hi, I'm Stuart, creator of and face behind Stuart Cline Design. I am married to my high school sweetheart, mother to my feisty but sweet three-year-old daughter, and lover all things design. When I'm not designing for myself or my clients you can find me enjoying family time exploring our new city of Charlotte and taking a little down time at the beach.
My passion for design started at a young age. Growing up in older homes and being around renovations all my life has given me an appreciation for what it takes to make a house a home. I believe that spaces need to be beautiful yet functional and work for how your live. I love working with clients to help them discover their own individual style. Your home should be a reflection of who you are and how you live, however messy or chaotic that may be.
